You don't have to actually make a sandwich out of this but you do have to make this pure vegetable "bread". This turned out to be a delicious, delightful surprise, and one of the best things to come out of my humble kitchen. The fact that I could also make a ham sandwich out of it, well that was a bonus! Who doesn't love happy balls? These are so delicious that you may possibly become addicted but in the very best of ways. My balls are filled with goodness like granola and coconut and Chia seeds and chocolate chips and rolled oats and you won't be able to get enough of these. I roll them "big" but you can make them smaller if you like although I don't know why you would. Just the thought of these make me happy.

I have been eating pasta almost every day of my life for my entire life and it is so much fun to put ingredients together to create something new. Being a good Italian it is what we are sworn to do. I think we can all agree, Pizza is a most remarkable thing! I got creative and made a salami sandwich pizza in a cast-iron skillet and it was excellent. I don't know what makes the salad so delicious but you must trust me, it's amazing. I think the trick is in dicing the vegetables so tiny that you get the flavor of each veggie in every spoonful. Chicken breasts are normally quite boring and dry but cooked with the sous vide and of course, stuffed with Sage and garlic, dry does not enter into it. You're gonna love this. It can't be cookies, cakes and sweetness all the time but every now and again, I must share a wonderful salad that combines a bunch of weird ingredients that you wouldn't think go together but, in fact, they do! My niece, Megan, taught me about the wonders of Farro and when it's combuned with arugula, mint and parsley, plus a few other wonderful ingredients.... voilà! Enjoy those kids. Back in old Italy, after all the fun was had in the Cat House, in the wee hours of morning when the fellas got hungry and they would want some food.
